Exit Ramp Car Accident
Our client was rear ended by a careless commercial driver as she yielded to traffic as she attempted to merge onto a street.  Our client received a serious neck injury with a herniated disk requiring two surgeries. The car accident case settled after lawsuit was filed.

Child Lost Mother in Fiery Semi Crash
Semi truck failed to keep a safe distance from another semi.  As a result the driver was unable to avoid a disabled vehicle,  causing a fiery crash.  The little girl was pulled from the wreckage, her mother perished.  A settlement was reached before trial.

Injury From Unsecured Load On Semi
A passenger in a vehicle was impaled by a large metal bar that fell off a semi truck traveling highway speeds. The metal bar traveled through the windshield impaling the passenger  in the shoulder.  The injury significantly effected our client’s shoulder mobility.  The case settled prior to trial.
